What We Do

LadyBugs^TM provides:

• SUPPORT for community members through social events tailored to your needs and interests. Contact us to plan one in your area.

• EDUCATION of the medical and bleeding communities to help raise awareness of our symptoms and treatment. Professional speakers are available for conferences and social events to address the needs of WWBDs. Speakers include women with von Willebrand deficiency, rare bleeding disorders and factor deficiencies, mothers and daughters of people with hemophilia, and medical providers and educators with an interest in women's issues.

• NETWORKING with our community members via a website and toll-free phone number to share information that helps us advocate for a better quality of life.

• EMPOWERMENT of Women With Bleeding Disorders through inspirational and motivational contacts and positive associations. The LadyBugs^TM logo symbolizes women putting their heads together to help each other.
